Rebeca has been working with Taco Caban for 12 years. She enjoys the everyday challenges of working in a busy restaurant that cooks great food from scratch. She is passionate about improving the environment. Rebec is married and enjoys spending family-time with her daughter and step daughter.

Both our customers and our staff love that we’ve added real people with tablets in our drive-thru lanes. It helps speed up our order-taking and gives our staff a head-start. They know what needs to be cooked because the grill cook sees what’s coming in directly from the tablet to their order screens above the grill. By the time the customer gets to the window the order should be together. It’s now possible for us to have one minute service. Our staff has fun competing with the other stores for fastest drive-thru times. Everyone is helping and making it possible. Our customers love talking to an actual person instead of the menu board and speaker.
