Veronica has been working at Taco Cabana for 5 years. She enjoys the challenge of everyday problem solving and working with her team to create a great experience for customers. Veronica has 3 children and enjoys spending quality time with her family.

Both our customers and our staff love that we’ve added real people with tablets in our drive-thru lanes. It helps speed up our order-taking and gives our staff a head-start. They know what needs to be cooked because the grill cook sees what’s coming in directly from the tablet to their order screens above the grill. By the time the customer gets to the window the order should be together.
Our customers have definitely noticed that the tablets make our service time faster. If we see a big line in the drive-thru, one of our staff can go along the line and take orders and get our cooks working on it right away. We’re trying to meet a minute and 30 seconds service time. We have a traveling trophy among the Albuquerque and Rio Rancho stores and we are currently in 2nd place. Our staff is looking forward to the gift card giveaways the owners are also awarding to the stores with the fastest drive-thu service times.
